Ben joined The Omerta Group in 2020 as an Associate in the Global Hedge Fund team, covering European and Asian Equities and Fixed Income.
He joined the firm with 2 years’ experience within financial search, specialising in placements into Private Equity and Hedge Funds.
Ben read Law at the University of Kent before going onto complete his Legal Practice Course and Master’s in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in London.
Bradley leads The Omerta Group’s Asia Pacific business and is a senior member of the Asset Management and Global Markets practices.
Bradley joined The Omerta Group in 2016 and has over 18 years’ of experience in executive search, across Europe and Asia. He has made senior level placements with both buy side and sell side across; sales and distribution, investment and research, trading, structuring, origination and financing.
Previously, he was a founding member of an Asian focused, boutique search firm specialised in Fixed Income, Currencies and Financing. Prior to moving to Hong Kong in 2008, Bradley worked in London for a prominent executive search firm leading the Structured Finance Practice, with a specific specialisation in Asset Backed Securitisation, Whole Business Securitisation, ABS Research and Real Estate Financing, CMBS and Subprime Lending.
Bradley read Equine Science at the University of the West of England.
Bryant joined The Omerta Group in 2021, based in New York, focusing on US quant and systematic client needs, working closely with the Systematic Markets practice, Hedge Funds, Asset Management and Global Markets. His coverage spans quantitative portfolio managers, researchers, analytical specialists and other modeling/strats professionals.
Prior to joining Omerta, Bryant helped build the quantitative practice and establish the NYC office for a financial services recruitment boutique. Before that, Bryant was a member of the quantitative practice at a global talent acquisition and advisory firm covering a diverse set of clients. He began his career as an Associate at a major US investment advisory firm, focused on risk reporting.
Bryant is a graduate of Cornell University.
Dan joined The Omerta Group in 2019 and leads the Research function, where he supports all firm practice teams for the U.S. operations. He also actively recruits for searches where additional resources are needed. Dan is based in New York.
Prior to joining The Omerta Group, Dan held senior Research positions with a number of global retained search firms, where he most recently served as the Head of Research for the Americas at a major global executive search firm.
Throughout his career, Dan has developed expertise around several areas within Financial Services including Fixed Income, Equities, Foreign Exchange, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity, Fin Tech, Cash Management/Transaction Banking, and Risk Management, among others. Beyond Financial Services, Dan also has a successful track record and extensive exposure to search assignments for clients in the Payments, Software, Networking, AI and Real Estate spaces.
Dan attended Pennsylvania State University for his undergraduate degree.
Eliza is a Senior Associate within The Omerta Group’s Global Hedge Fund team covering European & Asian Equities. She is focused on placing Portfolio Managers, Analysts/ Strategists and Execution Traders across single manager and multi-strat Hedge Funds. She joined The Omerta Group in 2018 initially covering a range of distribution and investment roles for the Global Asset Management & Alternatives Team and broadened her experience in Asia during a secondment to Hong Kong in 2020.
Eliza previously completed internships with BlueMountain Capital Management, Rothschild & Co. and Stonehage Fleming.
Eliza read Biological Sciences, specialising in Developmental and Stem Cell Biology, at the University of Edinburgh and graduated with a First-Class degree.
Graham leads the Global Hedge Fund practice for The Omerta Group and is based in London. He has over 18 years’ experience within Executive Search, and has primarily covered the Hedge Fund investment space since 2004.
Graham’s coverage has included recruiting for Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Prop Desks, Family Offices and Private Equity firms in Europe, Asia and the US. He has predominantly focused on placing Portfolio Managers, Investment Analysts/Strategists of all levels, and Execution Traders. Graham has also successfully completed numerous searches for COO’s and Business Managers, CRO’s and Risk roles at al levels, Quantitative analysts/strategists, and other senior support staff across a wide range of single manager and multi-strat Hedge Funds. He has successfully completed searches across all Hedge Fund strategies including: Equity Long/Short, Equity Event Driven, Quantitative/Systematic Strategies, Fixed Income Macro & Fixed Income Relative Value, FX Vol, Liquid and Illiquid Credit, Commodities, and Emerging Markets.
Graham re-joined Omerta in 2019 following eleven years jointly overseeing the Buy-side practice area of a Global boutique search firm. He began his career in London at an Asian focused search firm boutique in 2001. He graduated with a BSc. In History and Politics.
Henry is a senior member of the Alternative Investing team and is responsible for The Omerta Group’s Asset Management Practice, based in London.
Henry works with candidates and clients across the US, Europe and Asia and specialises in hiring front line professionals across investment and distribution functions at the mid and senior level. He works with small start-up funds through to established institutional investment management platforms and sovereign wealth funds, conducting searches across all asset classes.
Henry read American Studies at Manchester University and The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
He is a trustee of I CAN, the children’s communication charity.
Jon, based in the New York office, is part of the firm’s Global Asset Management leadership team, focused on identifying, assessing and hiring senior talent across both, traditional and alternative asset managers. His core expertise stretches across senior leaders, portfolio managers, research analysts, sales & distribution, IR, quantitative professionals and risk managers.
Jon has established and managed relationships with buy side firms for over 20 years, including extensive experience with fundamental credit and equities; event-driven, special situations and distressed; emerging markets; structured corporate and mortgage credit; macro; and quantitative strategies. Jon has also run and executed numerous sell side searches, primarily in corresponding asset classes/markets.
In addition to establishing and building the asset management practice at two previous search firms he worked with, Jon has been part of the senior leadership teams, helping to set and execute firm and/or team strategy, including hiring, training and managing team members.
Prior to search Jon traded derivatives. He studied finance and Asia at the University of Pennsylvania.
Michael is Head of Americas, leading The Omerta Group’s regional client relationships, strategic development and senior search mandates across Global Markets, Global Systematic Markets, Investment Banking and Asset Management, based in New York.
Michael has had significant global front-office recruiting experience, with his career spanning 20 years working at a strategic level as a talent acquisition leader in the U.S., EMEA and Asia markets. His coverage has included; Global Securities (Equities, Fixed Income & Research), Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Asset Management, International Banking, Transaction Banking, Wealth Management and Shared Services senior recruitment.
Prior to joining Omerta, Michael was a Managing Director at a boutique executive search firm focused on the global financial services industry, where he was responsible for the origination of new business development and execution of searches across global markets and asset management.
Michael’s career has also included senior talent acquisition roles at Citadel, UBS, Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered Bank and Wachovia/Wells Fargo.
Ruvhen joined The Omerta Group in 2021 as an Associate covering Equities markets for both Buy and Sell-side institutions within EMEA, Asia and the US. Focusing across all levels of seniority, Ruvhen has a wealth of experience hiring Portfolio Managers, Traders, Analysts and Sales people.
He joined the firm having had three years prior experience working within a financial services executive search firm, specialising in Equities into Investment Banks.
Ruvhen read International Finance & Accounting at Coventry University and also sat for the Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst Certification awarded by the Corporate Finance Institute.
Vithiya oversees the APAC Liquid Markets practice in Hong Kong.
She covers both buy and sell side clients and has successfully placed across trading, sales and quants for Asia.
Prior to The Omerta Group, Vithiya was part of the Scientific Department for the French Consulate where she was instrumental in bespoke institutional mandates predominantly for Hong Kong and China.
Vithiya holds a Master’s Degree in Physics from Ecole Centrale Paris.
