Mike is Senior Partner, Co-Founder and Global Head of Financial Services.
 
He has been in Executive Search since 1999 and has both an extensive track record and client network across the investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers, insurance, brokerage and non-bank market makers, family office and independent exchange sectors.
 
With oversight for Fixed Income, Equities, Foreign Exchange and Emerging Markets, he has an extensive placement track across a wide variety of sectors including sales, trading, structuring, capital raising, research & analytics.
 
Prior to establishing The Omerta Group in 2002, Mike worked at two leading European Executive Search firms.

Bradley leads The Omerta Group’s Asia Pacific business and is a senior member of the Asset Management and Global Markets practices.
 
Bradley joined The Omerta Group in 2016 and has over 18 years’ of experience in executive search, across Europe and Asia. He has made senior level placements with both buy side and sell side across; sales and distribution, investment and research, trading, structuring, origination and financing.
 
Previously, he was a founding member of an Asian focused, boutique search firm specialised in Fixed Income, Currencies and Financing. Prior to moving to Hong Kong in 2008, Bradley worked in London for a prominent executive search firm leading the Structured Finance Practice.
 
Bradley read Equine Science at the University of the West of England.

Jon, based in the New York office, is part of the firm’s Global Asset Management leadership team, focused on identifying, assessing and hiring senior talent across both, traditional and alternative asset managers. His core expertise stretches across senior leaders, portfolio managers, research analysts, sales & distribution, IR, quantitative professionals and risk managers.
 
Jon has established and managed relationships with buy side firms for over 20 years, including extensive experience with fundamental credit and equities; event-driven, special situations and distressed; emerging markets; structured corporate and mortgage credit; macro; and quantitative strategies. Jon has also run and executed numerous sell side searches, primarily in corresponding asset classes/markets.
 
In addition to establishing and building the asset management practice at two previous search firms he worked with, Jon has been part of the senior leadership teams, helping to set and execute firm and/or team strategy, including hiring, training and managing team members.
 
Prior to search Jon traded derivatives. He studied finance and Asia at the University of Pennsylvania.

Nicholas joined The Omerta Group in 2026 as Head of Macro Markets, based in London.

He has dedicated over 25 years to Financial services executive search with specific focus on the European FIC markets. He has led Global Markets aligned teams completing a significant volume of senior leadership and team build mandates for sell side and buy side clients

Over this period he has owned, built, and managed wholesale financial services search businesses with a breadth of client coverage across the Investment Bank, Hedge Fund, Brokerage, Asset Management, PE, Consultancy and Fintech communities

Nick holds a Marketing and Management BSc from Lancaster University (LUMS)

Dan joined The Omerta Group in 2019 and leads the Research function, where he supports all firm practice teams for the U.S. operations. He also actively recruits for searches where additional resources are needed. Dan is based in New York.
 
Prior to joining The Omerta Group, Dan held senior Research positions with a number of global retained search firms, where he most recently served as the Head of Research for the Americas at a major global executive search firm.
 
Throughout his career, Dan has developed expertise around several areas within Financial Services including Fixed Income, Equities, Foreign Exchange, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity, Fin Tech, Cash Management/Transaction Banking, and Risk Management, among others. Beyond Financial Services, Dan also has a successful track record and extensive exposure to search assignments for clients in the Payments, Software, Networking, AI and Real Estate spaces.
 
Dan attended Pennsylvania State University for his undergraduate degree.

AJ joined The Omerta Group in 2020. As a Vice President in Hong Kong, working across Global Markets, Hedge Funds and Systematic Markets, he focuses on Greater China Sales and the Macro Trading space in Asia.
 
Prior to joining Omerta, AJ was a consultant at The Laurus Group executive search and started his career being a Senior Consultant at Selby Jennings search firm covering FX, Rates Sales and Trading practice for their Sales and Trading team.
 
AJ studied Business Communications and Management at Ohio University, USA.

Lisa joined The Omerta Group in 2021. As a Vice President within the Global Markets team, she is focused on covering both Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange and is based in our London office.

Prior to joining The Omerta Group Lisa was an Associate at an Expert Network search firm where she focused on Private Equity Clients across EMEA.

She holds a double Master’s Degree in International business Administration and Fashion, Luxury Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.

Lenia joined The Omerta Group in 2023 working within the Global Markets team. As a Vice President, she is currently covering Fixed Income with a focus on Credit mandates across the sell-side and buy-side, based in our London Office.
 
Prior to joining Omerta, Lenia spent two years working on mandates across Energy and Metal & Mining industries at a specialised commodity recruitment agency.

Soheil joined The Omerta Group in 2024 within the Global Markets FICC team, covering both Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange and is based in our London Office. As an Associate, his focus includes Sales, Trading and Structuring mandates, working closely with the Hedge Fund team.

Soheil joined TOG from a global recruitment consultancy where his focus was purely on Global Markets.

Soheil holds a BA In Law from University of Kent and a MSc in Law and Business management from University of Law.

Luke joined The Omerta Group in 2025 within the Global Markets FICC team in our London Office. As a Senior Associate, he focuses on covering Interest Rate and FX Trading, Sales and Structuring mandates, along with working closely with the hedge fund team.

Luke joined TOG from a boutique recruitment consultancy where his focus was on private equity fundraising mandates.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from McNeese State University.
