Bradley Garland
Bradley leads The Omerta Group’s Asia Pacific business and is a senior member of the Asset Management and Global Markets practices.
Bradley joined The Omerta Group in 2016 and has over 18 years’ of experience in executive search, across Europe and Asia. He has made senior level placements with both buy side and sell side across; sales and distribution, investment and research, trading, structuring, origination and financing.
Previously, he was a founding member of an Asian focused, boutique search firm specialised in Fixed Income, Currencies and Financing. Prior to moving to Hong Kong in 2008, Bradley worked in London for a prominent executive search firm leading the Structured Finance Practice.

Vithiya Vairon
Vithiya oversees the APAC Liquid Markets practice in Hong Kong.
Joining The Omerta Group in 2013, Vithiya has spent the past 10 years covering both buy and sell side clients and has successfully placed across portfolio management, trading, sales, analysts and quants for Asia.
Prior to The Omerta Group, Vithiya was part of the Scientific Department for the French Consulate where she was instrumental in bespoke institutional mandates predominantly for Hong Kong and China.
Vithiya holds a Master’s Degree in Physics from Ecole Centrale Paris.
Edward Nethersole
Edward joined The Omerta Group Hong Kong office in 2020 as a Partner focusing on mid to senior level Fixed Income Sales & Trading hires for Global Markets and Hedge Funds in APAC. Specialisms are FX and Rates Trading, Portfolio managers and Analysts, Macro Sales and Corporate Sales.
He started his search career in 2014 in London working across the buy and sell side before moving to Asia in 2018 to cover Fixed Income Sales for a Global Markets search firm.

Arjing Kuo
AJ joined The Omerta Group in 2020 as a Senior Associate in Hong Kong, working across Global Markets, Hedge Funds and Systematic Markets focusing on Greater China Sales and Macro Trading space in Asia.
Prior to joining Omerta, AJ was a consultant at The Laurus Group executive search and started his career being a Senior Consultant at Selby Jennings search firm covering FX, Rates Sales and Trading practice for their Sales and Trading team.
AJ studied Business Communications and Management at Ohio University, USA.
Billie Ma
Billie joined The Omerta Group in 2024 as a Senior Associate in Hong Kong, working across the Liquid Markets practice focusing on Global Equities, Discretionary and Systematic Trading in Asia.
Prior to joining TOG, Billie was a member of Morgan Stanley’s talent acquisition team in Mainland China coving Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Acquisition, and Corporate Functions.
Billie studied Management and Global Business at Rutgers University Business School, USA.
Pranav Khemlani
Pranav joined the Omerta Group in 2022 based in Hong Kong. He works as a Senior Associate across Asset Management and Private Markets with a specialisation across regional Sales & Distribution, Investor relations and Product Strategists / Client Portfolio Managers in Asia.
Prior to joining Omerta, Pranav was with an executive network firm focused on connecting industry professionals with consulting and investment clients.
Pranav read English at the University of London.
