He has a track record of delivering for clients across the Technology C-Suite, traditionally including CTO & CIO. In line with the rise of new senior disciplines within Technology, Adam has recently covered searches across Financial Services clients for CISO, CDO (Data) and CPO (Product) roles.

Bradley leads The Omerta Group’s Asia Pacific business and is a senior member of the Asset Management and Global Markets practices.
Bradley joined The Omerta Group in 2016 and has over 18 years’ of experience in executive search, across Europe and Asia. He has made senior level placements with both buy side and sell side across; sales and distribution, investment and research, trading, structuring, origination and financing.
Previously, he was a founding member of an Asian focused, boutique search firm specialised in Fixed Income, Currencies and Financing. Prior to moving to Hong Kong in 2008, Bradley worked in London for a prominent executive search firm leading the Structured Finance Practice, with a specific specialisation in Asset Backed Securitisation, Whole Business Securitisation, ABS Research and Real Estate Financing, CMBS and Subprime Lending.

Chris is a Managing Director at The Omerta Group and leads our Investment Banking and Private Markets Investing practice in the EMEA region. This includes leading our activities in advisory and financing across all equity, debt and derivative related businesses, as well as our Private Markets investing capabilities that include all private equity strategies, private credit, special situations, real estate and infrastructure.
Day-to-day Chris has two major areas of focus: advising our alternative investment management clients on global credit and private investing assignments. In this capacity, Chris has conducted numerous mid and senior level assignments placing predominantly investment professionals specialising in specialty and direct lending, NPL portfolios, servicing / origination platforms and asset investing across real estate and financial services.
In addition, Chris also advises our banking clients across all aspects of their financing and capital markets businesses including equity offerings, debt issuances, and derivative transactions. Particular areas of expertise include structured finance, leveraged finance and financial sponsor coverage, equity capital markets, structured equity and private capital markets.
With over 20 years’ experience of senior level recruiting, Chris’s extensive network and deep understanding of the competitive landscape in Europe has allowed him to complete complex assignments in competitive markets, while establishing the firm as an increasingly respected firm in the market.

Dan joined The Omerta Group in 2019 and leads the Research function, where he supports all firm practice teams for the U.S. operations. He also actively recruits for searches where additional resources are needed. Dan is based in New York.
Prior to joining The Omerta Group, Dan held senior Research positions with a number of global retained search firms, where he most recently served as the Head of Research for the Americas at a major global executive search firm.
Throughout his career, Dan has developed expertise around several areas within Financial Services including Fixed Income, Equities, Foreign Exchange, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity, Fin Tech, Cash Management/Transaction Banking, and Risk Management, among others. For nearly 10 years he partnered with banks, asset managers, insurance, real estate and fintech firms to support positions across investment/corporate banking, private equity, risk management, compliance, investor relations, sales, and all aspects of middle/back office operations.

She joined The Omerta Group in 2018 initially covering a range of distribution and investment roles for the Global Asset Management & Alternatives Team and broadened her experience in Asia during a secondment to Hong Kong in 2020.

Franky is a member of The Omerta Group’s Global Banking and Private Markets Investing practice in London, working with clients across the EMEA region.
She works closely with the firm’s clients across both Investment Banking and Investing. Franky’s experience in hiring for our banking clients includes Infrastructure & Structured Finance, Real Estate Finance, Private Capital Advisory and Infrastructure & Energy Investment Banking. For our investing clients, Franky has successfully completed a number of hires across Capital Raising, ESG, Infrastructure and Real Estate Investing (both equity and debt) and Credit Investing.

Graham leads the Global Hedge Fund practice for The Omerta Group and is based in London. He has over 18 years’ experience within Executive Search, and has primarily covered the Hedge Fund investment space since 2004.
Graham’s coverage has included recruiting for Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Prop Desks, Family Offices and Private Equity firms in Europe, Asia and the US. Guy is a member of The Omerta Group’s Global Banking and Private Markets Investing practice in London, working with clients across the EMEA region.
He is responsible for The Omerta Group’s activities in Investment Grade Financing and Risk Management, and is also a key member of the Asset Management Practice where he leads all Insurance related assignments for insurance companies, private equity clients and asset management firms.
Guy joined The Omerta Group in 2010 and has over 20 years’ of experience in executive search. His specific expertise is in EMEA Debt Capital Markets where he focuses on Investment Grade Origination, Syndicate, Capital Structuring and the associated product groups, as well as Structured Finance. He has a deep specialism in Private Side Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives Marketing and Structured Solutions.

He works with small start-up funds through to established institutional investment management platforms and sovereign wealth funds, conducting searches across all asset classes.

Jack joined The Omerta Group from a boutique executive search firm where he was responsible for servicing a global client base, made up of Proprietary Trading Firms and Hedge Funds.

He has over 18 years’ experience in Executive Search and he brings a track record of hiring a number of Director and Managing Director level individuals into COO, Risk, Audit and other Corporate Functions within financial services companies throughout his career.
Jamie grew up as an ex-pat across London, Geneva, Tokyo and Shanghai, He completed his undergraduate degree in the UK and spent five years of his early career working in Hong Kong.

Jeanne-Mari joined The Omerta Group in 2016 and leads HR and Operations for our global business. This includes all Internal Talent/HR Management, Hiring (Intern, Graduate and Associate) and Operations Management.
Jim runs the Global Systematic Markets practice, based in London.
His coverage extends across hedge funds, asset managers, banks, proprietary trading companies and family offices. He specialises in placing mid level to senior electronic market makers, systematic portfolio managers, high frequency traders, systematic quantitative researchers, eCommerce sales people and product developers.
Jim returned to The Omerta Group after 18 months away working on an entrepreneurial venture, having co-ran the global FX practice within the firm for four years previously. He has a long history of partnering with his clients in order to better understand the nuances of their culture and requirements. He’s helped his clients strategically build and develop multiple businesses with funds and global investment banks over the past 10 years across EMEA, America and Asia.
Jon, based in the New York office, is part of the firm’s Global Asset Management leadership team, focused on identifying, assessing and hiring senior talent across both, traditional and alternative asset managers. His core expertise stretches across senior leaders, portfolio managers, research analysts, sales & distribution, IR, quantitative professionals and risk managers.

Prior to Omerta, Marcus spent six and a half years as Managing Director and Global Head of Electronic Markets at a global executive search firm, building out the cross asset electronic markets practice. Before this he was a Partner at a boutique markets search firm in a similar capacity.
Marcus originally started his career at NASDAQ in exchange membership and market data services before moving to an electronically biased brokerage where he worked in electronic trading marketing equity execution services to the European buy side.
Marcus’s remit covers servicing the sell side, hedge funds, asset managers, proprietary trading companies, liquidity venues and trading platforms and he specialises in placing mid-level to senior individuals across these areas.

Michael is Head of Americas, leading The Omerta Group’s regional client relationships, strategic development and senior search mandates across Global Markets, Global Systematic Markets, Investment Banking and Asset Management, based in New York.
Michael has had significant global front-office recruiting experience, with his career spanning 20 years working at a strategic level as a talent acquisition leader in the U.S., EMEA and Asia markets. His coverage has included; Global Securities (Equities, Fixed Income & Research), Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Asset Management, International Banking, Transaction Banking, Wealth Management and Shared Services senior recruitment.
Prior to joining Omerta, Michael was a Managing Director at a boutique executive search firm focused on the global financial services industry, where he was responsible for the origination of new business development and execution of searches across global markets and asset management.

Nathan joined The Omerta Group as Chief Operating Officer in 2018. He was previously an Executive Director in Human
Resources at UBS Investment Bank, responsible for leading executive recruitment across EMEA and the global recruitment business partner for Corporate Client Solutions (IBD).
Along with these positions, Nathan was responsible for global executive search Firm management and was the global lead for diversity and inclusion and member of the EMEA Investment Bank Diversity Council.
Nathan has an extensive background in recruitment, having operated in over 25 countries within the Investment Banking, Wealth and Asset Management divisions of UBS, BAML, Barclays and Russell Investments.
Prior to moving in-house to Merrill Lynch in 2006, Nathan worked for a boutique executive search firm, specialising in Private Banking.
Oscar is Co Head of the EMEA Liquid Markets Practice based in London. This includes oversight of the public side business for sales, trading, structuring and research across credit, interest rates and FX. Their focus encompasses flow and structured products for both developed and growth markets.
Functionally Oscar focuses on covering European Cross Sales product and Interest Rate and FX Trading, working closely with the hedge fund team. Oscar has worked exclusively within the fixed income sector since 2009.
Historically, he has conducted a broad number of searches within the senior and mid-level European Financial Services sector.

He brings 16 years’ of search experience and was previously at Bronzegate where he served as a Partner, appointing CFOs and senior finance leaders across sectors within private equity, listed and private companies.
Peter began his career with The Omerta Group. His first tenure with Omerta saw successive appointments, latterly serving as Regional Head of The Americas based in New York.

He joined the firm having had three years prior experience working within a financial services executive search firm, specialising in Equities into Investment Banks.

Sarah’s primary focus is winning and executing Managing Director and Director level projects within the distribution and marketing functions of well known global investment brands across Europe, Middle East and Asia. She has worked across fixed income and equity as well as in frontier and emerging markets. She also has a strong track record developing clients in major UK pension funds and with UK investment consultants.
A secondary focus has been winning and executing technically focused senior searches in ALM, insurance asset management. She is well versed in specialist areas such as real assets with a focus on infrastructure, both debt and equity.

She covers both buy and sell side clients and has successfully placed across trading, sales and quants for Asia.
Prior to The Omerta Group, Vithiya was part of the Scientific Department for the French Consulate where she was instrumental in bespoke institutional mandates predominantly for Hong Kong and China.
Vithiya holds a Master’s Degree in Physics from Ecole Centrale Paris.
